Our next club meeting will be held this Saturday at 2pm at Horse Hole Creek. There is an awful lot of business to present so please try to be on time. Remember, pull into the field to the immediate right of the check in area. I will have my canopy and the banners up so everyone knows where to meet. There is no cost for entry to the meeting, however, there is a fee to ride in the park after if anyone desires. Club members have a 1/2 off discount (just like last time.)
I hope to see you there. If anyone knows of any other Jeepers interested who are not on our forum, please feel free to invite them. |

Just to reinforce what Robb just stated, this is a very important meeting. We will be taking nominations for all club officer positions, so you can either nominate yourself or someone else. It will be done with a blind ballot system so you will be the only person who knows who you voted for.
I will also be going over the pending changes to our bylaws. I will not have a hard copy but I will hi-light the main points. Once done I will post the new bylaws on the members only forum so we can vote on them. I hope to see as many members there as possible. We need each and every member of the club to be an active particpant. |

Looking forward to it. I'll be out there earlier without the kids before the meeting to get video and pictures of Eddie on the rocks before he tears his rig down. Will be nice if someone else is planning to be there early...just in case of a mishap.
